WORK COMPLETES ON INAUGURAL OFFICE SCHEME (15/05/2007)
The first ever Business Living scheme has completed on time and within budget in Millshaw, Leeds.
The scheme comprises of seven self-contained, two-storey units of between 2,600 sq ft and 6,100 sq ft in a landscaped and secure setting.
Iain Robertson says 'It is very rewarding to see the UK's first ever Business Living scheme complete and ready for occupation only 12 months after the business was launched. We have every confidence in this first scheme because of Leeds' thriving SME community, the location near the White Rose Shopping Centre and the easy access to the motorway network and Leeds City Centre.'
The scheme has already received significant interest with one unit under offer and further deals to be announced during the summer.
Business Living has gone from strength to strength since its conception.
