The F1 themed launch to celebrate the completion of Business Living at Millshaw, Leeds took place recently and was a huge success surpassing all expectations.
For budding Lewis Hamilton’s, activities included racing on an F1 simulator, with the fastest recorded lap of the day winning two VIP tickets for this years British Grand Prix at Silverstone. The prize included two tickets with reserved seating in a private grand stand, full hospitality throughout the day in the Copse Restaurant with viewing from adjoining Copse terrace.
The event, attended by over 40 property agents from throughout Leeds, also featured activities including a BBQ, Scalextric track and Batak board.
Steven Jones, surveyor for property consultants, Harvey Jones, Leeds, won a VIP day at the British Grand Prix on July 8 after achieving the a lap time of 1.30.283 – 3 seconds faster than anyone else - on the F1 simulator.
Two units at the £5m Business Living development, which comprises seven self-contained, two–storey units of between 2,600 sq ft and 6,100 sq ft, are already under offer.
Is was certainly an exciting day both with the unveiling of the hi-specification office units and the activities that took place.
