Another one away at Millshaw!!! (28/11/2007)
Mortgage packaging business, The Mortgage Trading Company, has re-located to Millshaw Business Living.
The Mortgage Trading Company, which has 18 staff, has purchaseda 2,600 two-floor unit at the Business Living scheme in Millshaw, for an undisclosed sum.
The business, which sources mortgage products for distribution through professional intermediaries, including independent financial advisors and mortgage brokers, was founded in 2003 and previously leased smaller, 1,500 sq ft premises in Great George Street, Leeds.
Director Tony Crossley, says: “We operate nationally but aim to concentrate on growing the company by concentrating on new business within a 30-mile radius of Leeds.
“We are expanding steadily and had outgrown our former premises which were old fashioned with lots of small rooms.
“The Business Living scheme appealed to us because of the opportunity to acquire larger premises at reasonable cost. The style and quality of the unit projects a more professional image and gives us space to re-organise the business as we continue to grow.”
Business Living sales executive, Lucy Philips, says: “The Evans Business Living concept was designed for dynamic small businesses such as The Mortgage Trading Company which want to move out of outdated leased accommodation and invest in new premises and we are pleased that they chose Millshaw to do this.”
