External

The external envelopes of the buildings will predominantly comprise cladding to be Kingspan micro-rib or similar, all with pre-formed corners with panels of facing brickwork and stone render adjacent to the full height glazed entrance in accordance with the elevational design of the buildings. Entrance doors will be double glazed.

The external works will comprise car parking together with car park access roads, screened bin enclosures, cycle hoops, footpaths and ramps. External lighting will be provided by building mounted floodlights.

High levels of soft landscaping is provided which makes your external office environment aesthetically pleasing but is at the same time low maintenance.
