The external envelopes of the buildings are in traditional brickwork with areas of proprietary aluminium framed glazing under a metal standing seam pitched roof and aluminium framed double glazed window units. The external works will comprise car parking together with car park access roads, screened bin enclosures, cycle storage, footpaths and ramps.

High levels of soft landscaping is provided which makes your external office environment aesthetically pleasing but is at the same time low maintenance.
