CCTV Remote Monitoring Service - System Flowchart
1. Fire Alarm
A conventional automatic fire alarm system in accordance with S5839: Part 1: 2002, BS EN 54 shall be provided. The system is L4 category.
2. Security System
Our society has unfortunately changed and as such the security of your place of work is of the utmost priority.
At Business Living, a state of the art security system is provided to ensure that your ‘home from home’ working environment is protected in the manner you would expect.
The security system is provided by Gough & Kelly and includes:
- External detectors that are linked to a Remotely Monitored CCTV system. Providing the first line of defence to protect the unit.
- The CCTV system records locally on site 24/7, 365 days a year and is remotely monitored by Gough & Kelly’s Remote Monitoring Station at key times. Suspicious & criminal activity generates an audible warning issued over the horn speakers installed around the estate. Pre-agreed procedures are then followed which could include contacting the Police.
- An internal intruder alarm system installed to standard PD6662 is fitted and operates in conjunction with the cctv system. An intruder alarm activation will cause the nearest dome camera to pan to a pre-set position thus providing the cctv monitoring station with an overview of the unit in question.
- Enhancements to the intruder alarm system can be carried out to suit the needs of the occupier at their expense.
Accredited by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) to the Gold Standard for the installation of Alarm Systems and to the Silver Standard for the provision of Manned Security Services, Gough & Kelly can provide the following additional services, providing you with a total tailor made security solution to suit your companies needs:
- Lone workers can be visually escorted to cars etc when leaving the building outside of normal office hours, with voice contact via the audio system.
- The internal intruder alarm can be upgraded to meet any occupier’s needs.
- Access control – from a stand alone to a fully networked system.
- Additional physical security measures can be supplied & installed. Roller shutters, security grilles, gates & railings.
- Keyholding & Intruder Alarm Response Service – In the event of an alarm activation a Uniformed Response Officer will be despatched to your premises. Upon his arrival the alarm keypad will be interrogated and pre-agreed procedures then followed, catering for every eventuality.
- Open & Lock Service – A Uniformed Response Officer in a marked patrol vehicle will attend at pre-agreed times to unlock & lock your premises.
